Built for pets, for the people who love them.

NorthPaw started with one simple frustration: most pet-care gear is either expensive nonsense from the big-box store or sketchy plastic from a marketplace that never delivers. We wanted a third option.

So we built one. NorthPaw is a small US-shipping catalog of pet products we'd actually use on our own cats and dogs — the kind of stuff a thoughtful friend would recommend. Smart litter boxes that don't sound like a jet engine. GPS collars that actually work past the property line. Grooming tools that don't terrify shy pets.

Every product is hand-picked from a small group of trusted suppliers. We test categories before we add them. We say no to anything cheap that won't last, anything that makes claims it can't keep, anything that won't fit the way real people live with real pets.

What we promise

Free US shipping, always

Every order. No minimums, no hidden fees, no "buy more to unlock" games. If you're in the US, shipping is on us.

Under a week, most orders

1–2 day processing plus 3–7 day delivery. We ship from US-based warehouses so you're not waiting on customs.

Pet-first product choices

We don't list anything we wouldn't put in our own home. Non-toxic materials, calm-pet designs, safe edges.

30-day refunds, no fight

If something doesn't work, email us. We'll send a return label and process the refund within 5 business days of receiving it back. That's it.

A note about how we ship

NorthPaw works with a network of US-based fulfillment partners so we can keep prices reasonable and shipping free. That means some orders ship from one warehouse and some from another — you'll always get tracking, and you can check status at any time on our tracking page.
