Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states plus DC. Free shipping on every order — no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Orders process in 1–2 business days, then ship via carrier in 3–7 business days. Most customers receive their order within a week of ordering.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Every order ships free within the United States.

How can I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track any order at any time on our tracking page using your order number and email.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

30-day refund window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@northpawpet.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send a prepaid return label and process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — reply to your confirmation email or write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund. Once shipped, you'll need to return it under our standard 30-day policy.

Products

Are NorthPaw products pet-safe?

Yes. We only stock products with pet-safe materials — non-toxic plastics, food-grade where applicable, and rounded safety-designed edges. Each product page lists the specific materials used.

The Dog GPS Tracker says "subscription required" — what does that mean?

The tracker uses cellular data to send live location to your phone. The hardware costs $30; the cellular plan is separate and starts at $28.99 / 3 months. Without a plan the device still works as a QR-coded ID tag, but live tracking and geofence alerts need the subscription.

Do you carry size charts?

Yes. Every product with sizing has measurements on its product page. For collars: measure your pet's neck circumference, leaving room for two fingers to slide under the collar.

Are your products vet-recommended?

Our grooming and safety products are vet-approved categories — we don't sell anything we wouldn't use on our own pets. We're not making medical claims; for health-specific advice, always consult your vet.

Discounts & account

Do you offer first-order discounts?

Yes — during our launch, 15% off is applied to your order automatically at checkout. No code to enter, nothing to remember. The discount shows up in your order summary before you pay.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Most of our current offers apply automatically — you'll see the discount in your cart and order summary without doing anything. If you ever have a specific code, add items to your cart, click checkout, and enter it in the "Discount code or gift card" field on the right (or under "Order summary" on mobile).

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account, your shipping addresses save and you'll see your full order history.
